Yes, this costs €80 and is refunded if the project is confirmed to go ahead.

Sorry no – plans can only be viewed in our showroom so we may discuss any necessary adjustments in more detail. Plans will only be released once a deposit has been received.

We do not charge for a first consultation. This is so you can determine whether we are well suited for your project.

We do not stop at a first consultation, Laird’s Kitchens take our customers with us through the entire process from planning to completion. We want to ensure our customers are 100% happy with the design and this can involve a second and third consultation.

You can contact us by phone or email and we will get back to you usually within 24 hours of the working week. We often request house plans or dimensions to be sent ahead to us in addition to a wish list of preferred items. This helps us to be better prepared for our first consultation with you so it may be a more productive one.

You can call into us without having an appointment, however, there is no guarantee we will be able to accommodate you immediately as we may be having a consultation with another customer. Therefore, booking an appointment in advance is preferred as it is often a 2–3hour consultation.

We do not supply quotes via email as we prefer to discuss the project face to face with our customers. This allows us to provide them with a realistic quote and has proven to be the best way to achieve the results the client wants.

Yes

No, we will fit your appliances without charge however, if we need to call back to do so after the kitchen is fitted then a cost would have to incur to cover travel and labour costs.
